After 4 months of culinary experience the students who had completed the Diploma in International Cookery and Basics of Pastry and Bakery Course, Sri Lankan Authentic Cookery Course, and Advance Diploma in Pastry and Bakery will have to face a live practical examination, the students are examined by a professional chef and would be graduated receiving their awards and certificates at the Annual Graduation Ceremony organized by Shamila’s Cookery Academy. Annually 150- 200 students are passing out achieving flying colors from our academy.
